- Unique Student Identifier (USI) number

- You are prohibited from receiving the Services under the laws of Australia or any applicable jurisdiction.
Member Obligations
As a Member, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password and email address;
- Immediately notify Bondi Training Centre of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security;
- Use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless expressly authorised in writing by Bondi Training Centre;
- Not use the Services or Website for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including but not limited to the collection of email addresses for unsolicited communication or unauthorised linking to the Website;
- Acknowledge that any form of automated access to the Website or its Services is strictly prohibited.
Bondi Training Centre reserves the right to remove content, advertisements, or links it deems inappropriate and to take legal action against any unauthorised or unlawful use of the Website.
Payment Terms
Payment for Services (Service Fee) may be made via:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Credit Card
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions, which are available on their official website.
If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise fails for any reason, you agree to be liable for any associated fees or charges incurred by Bondi Training Centre.
Bondi Training Centre reserves the right to amend the Service Fee at any time without prior notice.
